Tampa Bay native Grant Patterson possesses extensive first hand knowledge of the neighborhoods that are now his marketplace. Born and raised in South Tampa, Grant is both passionate and knowledgeable about the many great neighborhoods and communities that make up the Bay area.

Marjory is a fourth-generation Tampa native. Growing up in the Golfview area, she attended both St. Mary’s Episcopal Day School and H.B. Plant High School; after graduating from the University of Georgia, she returned to her beloved hometown to receive a Master’s in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida.

Being born and raised in Clearwater, Scott has a true love and understanding for the Tampa Bay area and all it has to offer. His family are long-time Clearwater natives as he is the 4th generation of Hamiltons to be raised in beautiful Pinellas County. Growing up on Clearwater Beach allowed him to explore and become well-versed in all of the wonderful areas of Tampa Bay.
